NJ.com reports that July 27 started out as a busy day for PANYNJ police officers. A New Jersey woman went into labor in a toll lane on the George Washington Bridge at 7:40 a.m. “Only an hour earlier,” the site reports, “police stopped a man who climbed a railing on the bridge and threatened to jump.”
