CBC News Nova Scotia reports, “A study into the feasibility of twinning and tolling on major sections of Nova Scotia highways was released [July 14], but [provincial] government says it has no immediate plans for implementation.” The study estimates construction costs would be $2 billion (about USD$1.5 billion).
