Mooresville Tribune reports, “Concerns about how additional traffic on the causeways will affect Lake Norman have delayed a crucial environmental application for the Interstate 77 express (toll) lanes project. At its meeting last week, the Lake Norman Marine Commission tabled [NCDOT’s] Transportation’s Federal Energy Regulatory Commission application as the lake board seeks answers to some of its questions about the project’s impact. . . .”
