IN Gubernatorial Candidate Outlines Transportation Plan Funded by ITR Sale Proceeds

Chicago Tribune reports, “The Democratic candidate for governor [John Gregg] said his infrastructure improvement plan for Indiana would meet the state’s short- and long-term needs over the next 10 years without raising taxes.” The plan “would use the proceeds from the sale of the Indiana Toll Road, which he said are now sitting in a bank, to invest in the state’s roads, airports, railroads and ports,” the report adds.
