Pensacola News Journal reports that Skanska USA Civil Southeast received the highest bid-price-adjusted score among the firms competing for the Pensacola Bay Bridge design-build contract. Skanska’s $398.5 million bid was the lowest (by $69 million) of those submitted by five competing firms. An FDOT selection committee meets on July 11 to make a final contractor selection.
