The authority’s Board of Commissioners will be asked to vote on [June 30] to replace the existing Integrated Toll Collection System, which dates to 1997, with new equipment.” PANYNJ plans to reopen the Bayonne Bridge without tollbooths in 2017 upon completion of its improvement project.
