TOLL COLLECTION SYSTEM
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
The Thousand Islands Bridge Authority is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the Contract titled, TOLL COLLECTION SYSTEM, until 11:00 A.M., on September 16, 2016 at the office of the Authority. There will NOT be a public opening of proposals received by the Authority.
The work to be performed under this Contract is related to the upgrade, replacement, installation and acceptance testing of a new toll collection system for the Thousand Islands Bridge Authority’s US and Canadian Toll Plazas. The work shall generally consist of replacing all in-lane equipment, replacing all toll booth equipment, upgrading canopy mounted toll collection equipment, replacement of all HOST equipment and servers, installing related communications upgrades, and providing maintenance and warranty support following system acceptance.

Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the proposal submittal requirements outlined in the Request for Proposals.
The Authority reserves the right to waive any irregularities in proposals received, or to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal which in their judgment will best serve the interests of the Authority.
Any Vendor wishing to submit a proposal on this work is REQUIRED to have a representative present at the pre-proposal meeting and site tour to be held at 11:00 A.M. on July 19, 2016 at the office of the Authority.
