General Information

The Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency and San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency (jointly referred to as “TCA”), 125 Pacifica, Suite 100, Irvine, CA 92618, seek a firm to provide Customer Service Center Operations.

Description: TCA is soliciting proposals from firms to provide the staffing resources and management necessary for the day-to-day operation of the TCA Customer Service Center for a period of up to ten years. This work will consist of customer service related functions including: customer communications, account maintenance, violation processing, transponder management and payment processing & reconciliation. The resulting contract and execution of these tasks will require the selected contractor to adhere to TCA established policies, business rules and approved operating procedures and coordinate/interact with TCA contracted third-party service providers.
