The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit competitive Proposals for debt collection services to allow the Authority to maximize the collection of delinquent payments of toll revenue from PIKEPASS and PlatePay customers, as well as the recovery of civil penalties resulting from Toll Evasion Violations. The Authority’s intent is to enter into a contract with one or more proposers to implement debt collection services.

OTA will be hosting a mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting via Zoom video conference at 1:30pm (CT), Thursday, April 6, 2023 (see details in RFP).
The RFP response due date is 3:00pm (CT), Wednesday, May 3, 2023.
