The North Carolina Turnpike Authority (NCTA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified industry contractors (“Proposers”) interested in providing an Express Lanes Roadside Toll Collection System (RTCS) with dynamic pricing capabilities, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and an Operational Back Office (OBO) for the I-485 Express Lanes project.
