The Joint Board for the Louisville-Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges (LSIORB) project plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on Friday, April 22, 2022, to seek collection agency services in support of the RiverLink all-electronic toll system’s collection of unpaid debt. The scope of work includes the collection of unpaid debt, creating and/or updating of payment plans, and adjusting transactions placed with the Collection Agency. Proposal due Date: Friday, June 10, 2022, at 5:00pm EDT.
