STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
DESIGN, BUILD, AND MAINTENANCE OF TOLLING TECHNOLOGY
FOR ALL FOUR (4) DRPA BRIDGES
The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) is inviting interested, qualified and experienced toll system integration firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to participate in the authority’s anticipated procurement of an advanced tolling system for all four of its bridges. The scope of the proposed procurement, as detailed in DRPA’s SOQ advertisement, includes design, construction and maintenance of tolling technology that would replace DRPA’s current system. The authority will use submitted SOQs to establish a short list of consultants to receive an RFP and to engage a consultant for the toll system project. The deadline for SOQ submission is 2:00 pm EST, Thursday, May 5, 2022.
