Toll Collection System (TCS) Maintenance Services
The Illinois Tollway is requesting Proposals from qualified maintenance Offerors to provide overall hardware and software maintenance services for its Toll Collection System (TCS). Required services will include, but are not limited to: aspects of installation, maintenance and repair of roadway tolling technologies, and supporting lane and plaza host systems. The services pertaining to this RFP do not include systems and technologies related to the TCS Host system, nor to the “back-office” customer relationship management and financial processing systems.
The Tollway will conduct a mandatory pre-proposal conference, at the date and time shown below. The Tollway also will provide an opportunity for a site visit that is optional, at the date and time shown below.
