Duluth, GA, March 21, 2024 — Kapsch TrafficCom is pleased to announce the expansion of its North American Sales team with the appointment of two new Sales Directors.

Matt Cooper joins the team as the Tolling Northeast Sales Director. Matt has a strong background in the transportation industry that will be instrumental in serving our clients in the Northeast region. He was previously Vice President of US Market Development at Valerann and has extensive tolling and ITS experience from his time in management positions at Yunex (formerly Siemens), Cubic, Trapeze and others.

John Breedlove has been appointed as the Tolling Southeast Sales Director. John’s extensive knowledge and experience in the industry make him a valuable addition to the Kapsch team. Previously, John managed Business Developmentfor IT provider NTT DATA Services, focusing on transportation. He also has extensive leadership experience in the North American tolling and mobility market.
