Job Description Summary
The Director of Tolling Services Delivery will be expected to have a broad range of technical expertise and tolling industry knowledge. This role will be accountable for functional, operational, and/or program management activities and will lead a team to support the performance objectives outlined in the SLAs and defined by Conduent leadership. The Director will be expected to assess and evaluate the business to set the pace and direction of strategy opportunities, work with the business leadership and clients to define and develop the business strategy and have the ability to define and solve complex problems that impact the direction of the program. The Director will also be expected to design and develop Implementation programs as well as lead the execution and management of the projects. Additionally, this role will include P&L responsibilities and prepare and develop budgets to support scope and schedule. The Director will also be expected to inspire its team to optimize career growth, employee engagement, and performance. He/she will manage, mentor, develop subordinates and assist the team with achieving performance/business goals. Ideally, this role will be located within proximity of the client site, however, will consider flexible options depending on the level of experience and expertise presented.
