Accounting Manager – CA CPA Required

The Accounting Manger is responsible for organizing and directing all accounting staff and general accounting activities for the project including reconciling subsidiary records of customer transactions with general ledger accounts payable and accounts receivable balances and researching adjusting entries, approving accounts payable transactions including payments for project purchases and ensuring ongoing contractual obligations. Interfaces with clients, subcontractors, vendors and internal/external auditors. Provides financial statement analysis and other key management reports. Coordinate’s accounting functions and inter-agency receivables and payables with other public and private toll road operators and works with complex automated back-office systems.
