Some Claim Florida's EV Charging Expansion Is Too Interstate-Focused

Fresh Take Florida (via The Palm Beach Post) reports, Florida is moving quickly to expand the number of electric vehicle charging stations on its interstates and, eventually, the turnpike. However, the state’s initiatives — which are well-funded despite the COVID-19 economic crisis — seem to be avoiding disadvantaged rural and urban communities, as well as densely populated neighborhoods where apartment and condo dwellers won’t be able to charge-up as conveniently as homeowners can.
