WAVY reminds viewers that the deadline for annual enrollment in the expanded Elizabeth River Crossings (ERC) toll relief program is February 15. “Commuters who make less than $30,000 a year and who make five round trips to and from work each week will get a 50% discount, saving them up to about $650 per year, officials say.” The program funded by the ERC operating company was recently expanded to more than double the number of commuters eligible for benefits.
