Times Herald-Record reports, “The state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision will convert a former Thruway complex in the Town of Newburgh into warehouses to support job-training programs at its prisons. . . . The New York State Thruway Authority’s board of directors approved the sale of the 4.19 acres to the department for $2 million.”
