Description: The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (“OTA” or “Authority”) has issued a request for proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive proposals from qualified service providers for transponder inventory, management and distribution services. The Authority is seeking proposals to provide business critical transponder management and fulfillment services supporting the distribution of transponders for the Authority’s tolling program.
