Halifax Harbour Bridges (HHB) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering Proponents to provide planning and design consulting engineering services for the planning and design of the new all electronic tolling (e-Tolling) roadway system, removal of the toll plazas, design gantries and security gates for bridge closures that will be implemented at the A. Murray MacKay Bridge (MacKay Bridge) and the Angus L. Macdonald Bridge (Macdonald Bridge).
