Description: The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (“OTA” or “Authority”) has issued a request for proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive proposals from qualified service providers for mailhouse services. The Authority is seeking proposals to provide business-critical Mailhouse Services supporting the production and distribution of statements, invoices, notifications and all other customer communications for the Authority’s Tolling Program.
