The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) Technology Summit in Indianapolis wraps up today. Over four days, presentations by representatives of toll entities and vendors covered a wide range of topics including leveraging technology for organizational transformation, improving back office functions, digital payment gateways, cybersecurity and managing technology’s rapid changes. This year’s event, hosted by the Indiana Toll Road Concession Company (ITRCC), coincided with a community service project and a fundraising event for the IBTTA Foundation Scholarship Fund.
