THEA Has An Opening For Director Of Toll Operations
The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA) is in search of a Director of Toll Operations. The director reports to the authority’s executive director and is responsible for the overall management of THEA’s toll system, including the in-lane tolling technology, the back-office system and account management, violation enforcement systems, direct management of the THEA toll system maintenance and service contractor, development of toll operations budgets, and direct supervision of the toll analyst, toll operations specialists and toll enforcement officer.
