DRJTBC's $534 Million Scudder Falls Bridge Project Is Substantially Complete
The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) announced Friday that the Scudder Falls Bridge Replacement Project achieved substantial completion status with the opening of a reconstructed ramp from NJ 175 to I-295 South. “The project has now shifted into its final stage of ‘punch list’ work. Many of these tasks won’t involve travel restrictions.” All told, the project has involved 4.5 years of toll bridge and roadway construction along a 4.4-mile segment of I-295 in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
