CTRMA Contributes to Metro Austin Livability

Austin Business Journal publishes an article by Mike Heiligenstein explaining how Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority projects shorten commutes and generally enhance regional transportation, even for residents of metro Austin who don’t have a CTRMA facility within their county.

In a separate sponsored contribution to the newspaper, Heiligenstein describes CTRMA’s 183A phase III project (now undergoing final design) as a response to mounting growth and traffic congestion in suburban Williamson County. He also notes that the mobility improvements brought about by previous stages of the 183 project fostered positive economic and quality-of-life impacts.
