The Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority (HCRMA) is requesting proposals from qualified Toll System Integrators ( TSIs) for the creation of a Toll Collection System ( TCS). All documents pertaining to the Request for Proposals (RFP) shall be obtained only at www. civcastusa.com listed as “HCRMA Request for Proposals Toll System Installation, Integration and Maintenance”.
Requests For Information (RFI’s) shall be submitted as questions at www.civcastusa.com starting Monday, July 25, 2016. The Engineering Consultant (EC) will provide response to RFI’s via www. civcastusa.com. RFI’s will not be answered by phone or email. RFI’s not submitted via www. civcastusa.com will not be answered. All RFI’s shall be submitted by 5:00 P.M. C.D.T. on Monday August 15, 2016. Inquiries beyond this date will not be answered.
Bids are to be submitted per the instructions provided in the RFP at www.civcastusa.com. The deadline for submittal is Monday, September 19, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. C. D. T.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for this project on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. C.D.T, at the McAllen Convention Center, Room 102-ABC located at 700 Convention Center Blvd, McAllen, Texas 78501. The Pre-Bid Meeting is not mandatory, although it is strongly suggested that potential respondents attend.
