The Illinois Tollway Authority issued a news release to announce that it is seeking firms to provide construction management services for its ongoing capital program, Move Illinois: The Illinois Tollway Driving the Future. Professional Services Bulletin 19-2 includes one construction management contract for work on the Illinois Route 19 Interchange on the new I-490 Tollway. Firms interested in submitting a proposal can visit the “Doing Business” section of the tollway’s website for more information. Submissions are due September 9. A contract is expected to be awarded by the authority’s board of directors and work is expected to begin this year.
