Good To Go! Back Office System

Summary
The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from Vendors who are interested in submitting proposals to design, develop, implement, and maintain a WSDOT Good To Go! Back Office System. A Vendor can be made up of one or multiple partnering companies providing tolling, financial, and customer relationship management functions to deliver a combined Back Office System solution that maximizes their best practice on a modern platform.
The prequalification of any Vendor pursuant to this RFQ will result in an opportunity to bid on a future Back Office System. Further, the RFP for the Project will be provided to only those Vendors who WSDOT has prequalified through this RFQ. Prequalified Vendors are Vendors whose responses to this RFQ demonstrated the best understanding and skills WSDOT anticipates are needed for the development, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the Back Office System.
The contents of this RFQ are available on the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) website at http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/Business/Contracts/default.htm and on Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) website at https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/webs/.
Prospective Vendors are solely responsible for:
- Properly registering with WEBS at https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/webs/, and maintaining an accurate vendor profile in WEBS.
- Downloading the RFQ packet consisting of the RFQ, all appendices, and incorporated documents related to the RFQ for which you are interested in submitting.
- Downloading all current and subsequent Amendments to the RFQ to ensure receipt of all RFQ documents.
Contact Information
The WSDOT RFQ Administrator is the sole point of contact in WSDOT for this RFQ. Upon issuance of this RFQ and until WSDOT has issued a short-list of Prequalified Vendors, all communication between the Vendors and WSDOT shall be with the WSDOT RFQ Administrator as follows:
