The IAG Service Corporation is seeking a qualified consultant to perform, in a timely manner, a variety of tasks pertaining to financial services reviews, and audits. The IAG Service Corporation is a 501(c)(4) that was formed in 2016 to support the unique administrative, operational, and strategic needs of the IAG, a multi-state consortium consisting of independently governed member agencies and companies across 20 different states. The shared budget of this consortium includes investment funds, operating expenses, and revenues supporting critical systems, vendor contracts, and administrative initiatives on behalf of the group. Managing this shared budget across diverse jurisdictions presents unique challenges in cost allocation, fund management, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. A comprehensive financial review is needed to assess the integrity of cost-sharing arrangements, validate financial controls, evaluate compliance with applicable standards, and identify opportunities to strengthen financial management practices that sustain the consortium’s long-term operational and fiscal health.
