The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (Mobility Authority) anticipates beginning the process to solicit bids from entities interested in providing the Mobility Authority with services related to General Systems Consulting (GSC) Services in January 2026. The GSC scope includes systems implementation and technology; long-term planning and development; analysis and oversight; as well as project management and support. An RFQ will release on January 15, 2026. The Pre-Qualification deadline is December 15, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
