The Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) has officially released the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a major initiative to modernize the FasTrak® Regional Customer Service Center (RCSC). This is an exciting opportunity for vendors to deliver a next-generation back-office system that is resilient, adaptable, and scalable to meet the San Francisco Bay Area’s tolling and customer service needs for decades to come.

The selected partner will design, implement, and maintain a modern back-office system while ensuring a seamless transition from the current platform, including data migration and Go-Live readiness. BATA and its partner agencies are seeking solutions that are modular and technology-agnostic, scalable and resilient with robust security and disaster recovery, stable and adaptable to minimize customer disruption, and future-ready to align with BATA’s strategic vision.
