Request for Information (RFI) – Back Office System and Operational Services. The NHDOT is seeking information from vendors with expertise in providing back office systems and operational services to support E-ZPass electronic tolling, video tolling, and unpaid toll processing. RFI responses should be crafted to provide the NHDOT with a comprehensive understanding of the back office products, systems, and services currently available in the marketplace. The information obtained from this RFI will assist the NHDOT in preparing a future Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure a vendor to replace its legacy back office with modern back office systems and operational services.
