A Bank Gifts Its Community A Toll-Free Day
The Marietta Times reports, yesterday, Peoples Bank picked up the check for motorists who used the Memorial Toll Bridge that spans the Ohio River between Parkersburg, West Virginia, and Belpre, Ohio.
