Veteran Tech Executive Tom Fogarty Joins Bestpass Management Team
Bestpass, the payment platform provider focused on commercial fleet toll management solutions, has appointed Tom Fogarty its chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors. John Andrews will continue as Bestpass president, chief strategy officer and board chairman. According to a company news release, “Mr. Fogarty joins Bestpass with over two decades of executive experience in the software, technology, and data industries, and he comes to the company after 11 years with RDC (Regulatory DataCorp, Inc.).” Andrews said, “I am pleased that we have attracted top-tier leadership and welcome Tom to the team at Bestpass. Increased Cargo Thefts Reported At Two Illinois Tollway Oases
The Illinois State Police (ISP) report a recent increase in cargo thefts from commercial vehicles parked at the Lincoln and Hinsdale oases on the Tri-State Tollway. Police are asking drivers to avoid leaving trucks and trailers unattended for long periods, especially overnight, and to employ security precautions.
