California Commission Sets Hearing On TCA Tolling Approval Request
The California Transportation Commission (CTC) will hold a public hearing next month on a 241/91 Express Connector Project tolling application submitted by the Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency, a component of the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA). The authority is seeking approval “to operate a median-to-median direct connector that will provide a new, independently tolled connection between the 241 Toll Road and 91 Express Lanes.” The hearing is part of the CTC application process.
The event will take place on the evening of October 1 at the Yorba Linda City Hall. Preceding the hearing, the toll road authority will host an open house information session for interested parties. Participation via Zoom will be supported.
The October hearing’s scope is limited to tolling authority. TCA has already completed the project’s Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS) review.
