Powered by the Emovis Qualify operational back office, LiteToll shifts the industry away from infrastructure-centric tolling toward more intelligence-driven architecture through technologically advanced evidence capture. Rather than relying on heavy gantry infrastructure where evidence is concentrated at a single point of capture, LiteToll is a more lightweight roadside alternative that combines a distributed network of devices with an intelligent back office that consolidates, validates, and transforms several sources of vehicle data into reliable toll transactions.
Real-world testing confirmed that LiteToll can achieve gantry-level performance while significantly reducing infrastructure requirements, lowering capital expenditures, and accelerating deployment timelines for tolling authorities. Emovis conducted six months of testing using real highway traffic at a tolling location processing more than 30,000 vehicles per day.
