ViaPlus, the VINCI Highways subsidiary, is seeking qualified candidates for a Technical Sales Analyst position within the the Commercial Sales team with specialization in customer contact center technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong tolling technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for improving customer interactions through technology. The job location is Carrollton, Texas.
The Technical Analyst will work under the leadership of the Technical Sales Engineer within the broader Commercial department to achieve sales goals and will play a key role in helping the team meet and exceed sales goals by ensuring the technical accuracy and relevance of proposed solutions, particularly within tolling and customer service environments.
Among other things, the Technical Sales Analyst will be responsible for client proposal requirements evaluation, analysis, and technical proposal writing; preparing and maintaining project proposal documentation responses; analysis, review, and design of system features; assisting with preparing technical presentations on ViaPlus products or services; and analyzing and evaluating contact center technologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
