ViaPlus, the VINCI Highways subsidiary, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Proposal Manager, a supervisory job based in Carrollton, Texas. The person selected will have primary responsibility for end-to-end management of procurement proposal processing, including analysis of RFP requirements, and coordination and task delegation for contributors from sales, marketing, business development, finance, legal, IT, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce responses to RFPs. The manager will serve as the firm’s main point of contact for incoming RFPs and manage the full proposal production process, including task delegation, response editing, and submission.
