NJ.com reports, Diane Gutierrez-Scaccetti’s term as president of IBTTA has begun. She was elected to the position last October. In addition to serving as commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Transportation, Ms. Gutierrez-Scaccetti chairs the boards of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, the South Jersey Transportation Authority and NJ Transit.
IBTTA announced that the other members of its 2022 leadership team are Bay Area Toll Authority and MTC executive Andrew Fremier (first vice president); Attica Tollway Operations Authority CEO Bill Halkias (second vice president); ASFINAG executive René Moser (international vice president); and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission CEO Mark Compton (immediate past president). Halkias also serves as president of the International Road Federation.
