Rob Bain new consulting firm, Traffic Technologies hires two - PERSONNEL

Rob Bain, 47, former director in the infrastructure team at Standard & Poor's London office, has established his own traffic and transportation consultancy providing independent reviews of traffic and revenue forecasts, and credit advisory services to investors. He has just finished a PhD dissertation at the University of Leeds on investor financed roads around the world.

Before going to S&P Bain worked on North America tolling for several years with Steer Davies Gleave.

At S&P and while working on his PhD Bain gained detailed knowledge of how toll concession financing works and the traffic and revenue studies that support various ratings of tollroad debt..

TTI's two new hires

Traffic Technologies based in New Windsor NY have two new hires:

- Joshua Klapper with 18 years experience at the Triborough Bridge and Tunnels Authority in New York City, he has worked on manual toll collection, E-ZPass technology and director of customer service for transponder accounts.

- Victoria Dewey with 25 years experience on toll collection, most recently working as toll manager with Parsons at the South Bay Expressway east of San Diego.
