Neology Files for Preliminary Injunction in Lawsuit against Federal Signal and Sirit

SAN DIEGO, Dec. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Neology has filed a motion for preliminary injunction against Federal Signal, Federal Signal Technologies, Sirit and related companies to immediately stop directly or indirectly making, using, selling or offering for sale, importing or exporting, all infringing RFID tags, readers, and systems or sub-systems.

Neology's request for preliminary injunction follows the lawsuit filed on July 29, 2011, in the United States Federal District Court of Delaware. Neology is requesting that the district court quickly intervene to stop Federal Signal's continued infringement of Neology's patents.
