Job: Program Director, Orlando, FL
This position is responsible for assisting and supporting Faneuil's client in achieving overall growth and customer satisfaction and ensures that client requirements and goals are achieved.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide the organizational structure and processes to ensure ability to deliver on client requirements in a timely and quality driven manner for an operation that spans the entire state of Florida.
Oversee the development, preparation and management of the budget for the program as well as projecting and analyzing said budget(s).
Oversee support activities and coordinate the efforts of supporting functions to ensure service delivery for 65 toll facilities and 1350 Toll Collectors, Supervisors and Custodians.
Review performance results and provide operational expertise to client senior management team.
Serve as point of escalation to resolve program issues.
Ensures corporate and client policies and procedures are adhered to consistently.
Develop and present action plans to address gaps in performance results.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
College degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of toll operations experience.
Experience in the manual toll collection industry is preferred.
2 years managing client relationships, accounts and programs.
Experience managing large scale operations (500+ employees)
Previous experience in fulfillment, accounting and other back office operations is an asset.
Knowledge of accounting, account billing and record keeping practices.
Knowledge of workforce management principles and practices.
Working knowledge of telecommunications technology and products.
Previous experience working in/with government environment is a plus.
