Brain Chase is a new senior vice-president at Campbell Lutyens, an international private equity and infrastructure advisory group with major offices in London, New York and Hong Kong. Chase was a longtime Nossaman specialist in tollroads, then worked for Carlyle Group, and in the past two years has done consulting work on tollroads and other infrastructure for the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Gerson Lehrman Group and other private clients.

42, he is a Washington DC resident with a JD from Georgetown University and a BA from University California Berkeley.

press release on the Chase appointment:

Delaney, Knuckey go up

At PBS&J Thomas J Delaney has the new position of East Practice Manager for Tolls and Thomas S Knuckey becomes Practice Manager for the company's National Tolls Technology Group.

The group says the new positions are prompted by "continued growth and success of (its) toll facilities practice."

The remaining question is how in this age of first names they minimize confusion from having two Thomases (or Toms) in senior positions in the same line of the business.

Maybe they do the old initials, so it's Tee-Jay and Tee-Ess?
