Need
Are you experienced in program management and project management for all facets of tolling? Have you delivered these programs in the Southern California market? If so, Parsons is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee our Tolling operations for the region.
The successful candidate will bring technical expertise with tolling systems and provide oversight on various ongoing projects in our Southern California portfolio. Will also assist with new client development in the design, installation and systems integration of both public sector and privately financed/Public Private Partnership (PPP) tolled and ITS projects. This position calls for someone who is experienced with a wide range of tolling systems including lane, back-office, inter-operability, customer service, and electronic payment systems. In addition to the technical and administrative oversight of the region, your time will be spent identifying customized tolling and ITS solutions for the toughest tolling challenges of the future. Candidate could be based out of any Parsons office in the Southern California region.
Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Engineering or related technical/business field and at least 15+ years of related work experience
- Experience working on large Tolling projects
- Able to foster customer focused tolling solutions
- Experience providing day-to-day client support and business development activities
- Considerable experience in the Southern California market
