WAVY (Portsmouth, VA) reports on today’s expected opening of the Martin Luther King Expressway extension by Elizabeth River Tunnels. According to the article, “ERT says drivers should be able to use the new expressway by evening rush hour.” Because of a $78 million agreement between ERT and the Commonwealth of Virginia, the expressway will not be tolled.”
