Daily Republic (Fairfield, CA) reports that the non-profit, land conservation organization Solano Land Trust may be able to use toll credits — either through Caltrans or the Metropolitan Transportation Commission — to finance part of its share of the acquisition cost of new open space that includes pedestrian and bike trails.
