Herald Democrat (Sherman, TX) reports, “Grayson County Tax Assessor-Collector Bruce Stidham told commissioners Tuesday [September 20] that the North Texas Toll Authority and the county have entered into a contract whereby those who have 100 or more unpaid toll charges can be denied [vehicle] registration renewal.”
