The Herald (Everett, WA) reports that State Representative Mark Harmsworth (R-44), a prominent critic of the I-405 express lanes and a co-author of recently adopted night and weekend toll restrictions, is seeking reelection. He has pledged to work for the complete elimination of I-405 tolling if reelected. One of Harmsworth’s Democratic Party opponents also favors the elimination of tolls.
